This study examined the effect of adding -carotene-enriched egg yolk plasma (EYP) as an antioxidant to INRA-96 extender, in the context of freezing Arabic stallion sperm. In these studies, beta-carotene was incorporated into the diets of laying hens at a range of concentrations as a supplemental ingredient. Birds were randomly distributed across four groups, each group receiving a different concentration of -carotene supplementation in their food: 0 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg, 1000 mg/kg, and 2000 mg/kg. Thereafter, diverse iterations of the enriched extender (INRA-96+25% glycerol [G]) were developed by incorporating 2% EYP from four experimental cohorts. Following thawing, sperm characteristics, including motility, viability, morphology, plasma membrane integrity (as assessed by the HOS test), lipid peroxidation (MDA), and DNA fragmentation, were evaluated. The research demonstrated that supplementing the extender (INRA-96+25% G) with EYP from T2 and T4 (500 and 2000mg/kg, respectively, of -carotene in the hens' feed) led to a substantial increase in total motility (5050% and 4949%, respectively), progressive motility (326% and 318%, respectively), viability (687% and 661%, respectively), and plasma membrane integrity (577% and 506%, respectively). The described treatments demonstrated a reduction in both lipid peroxidation (13 and 14 nmol/mL, respectively) and DNA fragmentation (86% and 99%, respectively). The treatments exhibited no impact whatsoever on sperm morphology. Our current study determined that a 500mg/kg -carotene concentration in laying hen diets yielded the most favorable sperm quality results. A discussion of the stipulations and the challenges in creating high-performance and radiant LEDs based on 2D TMDCs is presented. Doxorubicin (DOX), a highly efficient anthracycline, is a significant medication in the treatment of tumors. The clinical effectiveness of DOX is, however, primarily limited by the dose-dependent adverse drug reactions they induce. The goal of our experiment was to examine the hepatotoxic effects of administering vincristine (VCR) to rats, and to investigate if a simultaneous quercetin (Quer) treatment regimen offered any protective benefits. For this investigation, seven rats were assigned to each of five distinct groups, which were further categorized into control, quer, VCR, VCR plus Quer 25, and VCR plus Quer 50 groups.
