A multi-site randomized controlled trial (RCT) with two groups will examine 120 individuals with chronic lower back pain (CLBP). The trial will involve 20 physiotherapists from different centers. Primary physiotherapy care, a 12-week course, is the treatment for CLBP for participants in the control group. The experimental group of patients will experience 12 weeks of physiotherapy enhanced by integrated, immersive, multimodal, therapeutic virtual reality. Data from 66 patients experiencing acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT) complicated by severe iliac vein stenosis, gathered retrospectively from May 2017 through May 2020, were examined clinically. Two patient groups were established based on the timing of iliac vein stent implantation. Group A included 34 patients who underwent stent placement prior to CDT treatment, and group B comprised 32 patients whose stent implantation occurred subsequent to CDT treatment.
